On Thursday, 22/02/2018, around 30 pupils of the Knabenrealschule Immenstadt (boys’ secondary school) visited Soloplan GmbH in Kempten as part of the “Allgäuer Berufsoffensive”, a career campaign in the Allgaeu region, to gain insights into the various training occupations of a software house.
The aim of the campaign “Allgäuer Berufsoffensive” that was launched, among others, by the daily newspaper Allgäuer Zeitung and the Federal Labour Office, is to provide pupils in 8th grade or higher with first insights into the world of work and to inspire them to pursue vocational training.
The pupils were first given an overview of the various fields of activity in a software house. Afterwards, Soloplan GmbH trainees presented the training occupations of management assistant in IT systems and application developer in systems integration. The presentations were not only about the activities during the 3-year vocational training, but also about the opportunities and possibilities the students have after completing their training at Soloplan GmbH.
Every year, Soloplan GmbH looks for young, motivated people who want to be trained as management assistant in IT systems or IT specialist for application development.
Further information on the training occupations and the application process at Soloplan GmbH can be found at www.soloplan.com/careers.
