In the cross docking software CarLo inHUB, your logistics processes are divided into the partial steps Inbound, HUB and Outbound. The Inbound area contains all activities of the incoming goods and the partial step HUB organises the processes in the transshipment warehouse. Finally, the goods are provided in the Outbound area.

No. You can use devices you already own or buy appropriate devices. Feel free to contact us regarding hardware recommendations. As an existing CarLo customer, you can also find the recommendations in the customer portal SoloDoc. Soloplan provides the cross docking software CarLo inHUB, the Android app for the scanner and, upon request, additional extensions for CarLo.
A dedicated Soloplan project manager records the processes and works them out together with you. After the customisation of the software solution based on your requirements, all employees relevant in the transshipment process are trained at your premises. The goal of the training is the direct live operation of CarLo inHUB in productive business without lengthy practice.
The basic requirement is the existence of barcodes on which the entire system is based. Whether you create the barcodes yourself or whether they are delivered is not relevant. Additionally, in the warehouse, you require scanners and, for dispatch, a PC should be available.
For Soloplan, the dispatcher organises the warehouse employees using CarLo inHUB. The dispatcher decides and controls when, which and how many goods arrive from which carrier. The warehouse employee receives all information such as ramp, time, quantity or barcodes on the scanner.
If desired, additional action rights can be allocated to warehouse employees in order to carry out any required corrections in the daily operation. In the system, the dispatcher is immediately informed of any corrections of the warehouse employee.
Yes–using the configurator integrated in CarLo, you can freely design the entire user interface of the inHUB app depending on your requirements. That way, CarLo inHUB perfectly matches your requirements.
Yes, that is possible. The only requirement is that the warehouse employees there also receive their information on the inHUB app.
You can get CarLo inHUB for a basic flat-rate price. This contains all functionalities of the software. Additionally, you require one user licence per scanner. Additionally, you need to sign a software maintenance contract that contains all updates and extensions.
