Apprenticeship start in Dresden

On 1 August 2025, apprentices have, for the first time, started their careers at the Dresden branch office of the international software company Soloplan. The two young women Leoni and Amy have started their apprenticeships as clerks for office management–and are thus the first apprentices since the branch office was founded in 2013.
They were not only given a warm welcome by office manager Maria, but also received a traditional sugar cone. Over the coming years, the two will gain insights into various departments of the company–both in Dresden and, regularly, at the headquarters in the Allgäu region.

Soloplan is now training a total of 13 young professionals at various locations. In Dresden, the company cooperates with the Prof. Dr. Zeigner School, where school education takes place as dual vocational training, where the apprentices alternate between periods of school and periods of practical work Back in June, Leoni and Amy had the opportunity to get to know the headquarters in Kempten and gain their first insights into the diverse range of tasks.
In light of the company’s growth, Soloplan intends to continue training in Dresden in the future and is already looking forward to welcoming new trainees next year. You can find more information about starting your career at Soloplan in 2026 on our career page.
