Kempten lights up in magenta!

Soloplan bus in magenta

Magenta-coloured Soloplan bus makes its way through the city of Kempten

Drivers in Kempten may soon see a magenta-coloured bus on the road. The bus company Haslach and the software company Soloplan have started a long-term cooperation. Starting now, a bus sporting a Soloplan design will bring passengers to their destinations.
“We already had the idea to have a bus with Soloplan’s colours drive through Kempten a long time ago,” says Soloplan CEO Wolfgang Heidl. Now, the right time has come, as many of the city buses are being replaced. Kempten plans on replacing all of its 27 regular transport buses with electric buses by 2025. And now, one of them is covered in magenta-coloured foil.

The cooperation works well with regard to many aspects. Both companies are family-run and based in Kempten, and contribute to more environmentally friendly transport with their work.
The bus company Haslach uses electric buses and Soloplan ensures a more efficient processing of global trade flows with its transport management system CarLo.
As a company with healthy growth, Soloplan is always looking for new talents. For that reason, the company is using the bus as an advertising platform to present its strengths as an employer: Its contribution to tomorrow’s technologies, its status as a stable and crisis-proof employer and an international working environment. With the motto “Do what you love. Do it with passion. Working at Soloplan.” the company wants to attract new skilled workers in the area of IT and logistics.
