Years of service and active commitment to the leading software company were honoured at a Bavarian lunch buffet!
As in previous years, CEO Wolfgang Heidl was once again able to honour several employees for over 10 years of service. This time, employees from the Quality Assurance, Customer Solution Management and Telemarketing departments as well as from our in-house Development department were honoured.
In an industry that is constantly changing, expertise and experience are an important key to the company’s success. Wolfgang Heidl, CEO and founder of Soloplan, explains the loyalty of many employees as follows:
‘We are a family business that was founded in 1994 as a one-man show and now employs over 250 people worldwide. Nevertheless, we still believe in the premise that our employees are our greatest asset. They are the foundation of our company and the basis of our many years of success.’
In his speech, the Managing Director thanked each of the jubilarians for their commitment and loyalty and gave a brief overview of their respective careers at Soloplan. After numerous congratulations, the management presented each of them with a large gift basket containing selected, delicious Italian specialities as a small thank you.
