The innovative and newly developed smartwatch integration with the Soloplan telematics solution CarLo® inTOUCH was met with particular interest. With this app, developed especially for Android smartwatches, you can receive and view messages as well as tour data “on your wrist” and reply immediately. The system communicates via the usual telematics devices in the driver’s cab, which are linked to the smartwatch via Bluetooth. This direct integration provides drivers with information on current orders and changes even faster and more comfortably. This solution has been developed by Soloplan in co-operation with customers and the University of Kempten.
Every visitor to the Soloplan stand who handed in a completed participation form had the chance to win one out of eight such smartwatches.
