Your profile

Your qualifications
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalgewinnung / Personalmarketing
Kenntnisse im Bereich Personalmarketing und aktivem Recruiting
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
Gute/ sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative

Our application process

Send us your informative application–ideally with a CV and relevant certificates. Afterwards, we will schedule a telephone interview.

We are looking forward to getting to know you in person or via video call. During the interview, you will meet your future head of department, the HR department and our management. Additionally, in a short technical test, you can prove your skills. Allow about 1.5 to 2 hours for this.

We will inform you about the status of your application as soon as possible. As the next step, we will invite you to a work trial allowing you to gain insight into your future tasks and get a feel for everyday work at Soloplan. You will spend the day with your new team.

During your first week of work, you will gain first insights into the company, get to know your team and different departments and familiarise with your onboarding plan. An experienced Soloplanner will guide you as a mentor and support you at any time.
For your further training, we offer (product) trainings as well as German and English courses, if desired. We also support technical workshops and training.
