Your tasks
Dokumentation und Analyse der Kundenanfragen mittels eines modernen Ticketsystems
Übernahme des Second Level Supports via Telefon oder per Mail
Bearbeitung und Analyse der Anfragen im eigenen Testsystem oder per Fernwartung
Erarbeiten individueller Lösungen für die Kunden im Team und mit Kollegen anderer Fachabteilungen
Prüfung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Abstimmung von Schnittstellen und Berichten
Your profile
Your qualifications
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich oder vergleichbares Studium
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support | IT-Service Desk wünschenswert
Gute IT- oder Logistik-Kenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen

Our application process
Send us your informative application–ideally with a CV and relevant certificates. Afterwards, we will schedule a telephone interview.
We are looking forward to getting to know you in person or via video call. During the interview, you will meet your future head of department, the HR department and our management. Additionally, in a short technical test, you can prove your skills. Allow about 1.5 to 2 hours for this.
We will inform you about the status of your application as soon as possible. As the next step, we will invite you to a work trial allowing you to gain insight into your future tasks and get a feel for everyday work at Soloplan. You will spend the day with your new team.
During your first week of work, you will gain first insights into the company, get to know your team and different departments and familiarise with your onboarding plan. An experienced Soloplanner will guide you as a mentor and support you at any time.
For your further training, we offer (product) trainings as well as German and English courses, if desired. We also support technical workshops and training.
