TEAMWORK – a priority at Soloplan!

Team events regularly take place at all Soloplan locations. Just recently, employees at our successful Soloplan branch office in South Africa (Pretoria) had a reason to celebrate. To celebrate her birthday, our regional director in South Africa invited the entire team for lunch. The employees from the service, sales and telemarketing departments in South Africa work together very closely across departments in order to guarantee the company’s success. Along with individual goals of the employees, TEAMWORK is a priority at Soloplan. Visiting customers together and carrying out training sessions helps our team develop continuously and helps employees learn from each other as well.

The new apprentices at the Soloplan headquarters in Kempten (Germany) also experienced right away what team spirit means at Soloplan. On the second day of their apprenticeship, they already went on an outing to the trampoline park with the HR department and the apprentices from the higher apprenticeship years. This provided them with a chance to get to know each other better and deepen contacts with the other apprentices.

Of course, as a matter of principle, good communication and team spirit play an important role at an international group such as Soloplan. The five branch offices in Germany, Poland, France and South Africa with a total of 210 employees work together closely across countries–no matter if the communication takes place online or offline. Without this strong sense of solidarity, supporting approximately 1,200 customers with over 25,000 users would not be possible.
