Thanks to CarLo’s open architecture, fully integrated bidirectional communication with almost all telematics systems is possible. Of course, the integration with our telematics system CarLo inTOUCH is especially effective.
In CarLo, you can integrate multimodal transports of the modes of transport road, air and sea. CarLo shows its full strength when you have complex transport chains spanning various countries for which the processing includes multiple time zones, different currencies and many companies involved in the transport.
Yes–if the multitude of standard interfaces is not enough, we will gladly program customised interfaces and special adjustments for you as well. Generally, every desired interface can be implemented. However, the efforts for that differ of course.
You can import/export information in various areas of our software. As part of the implementation, we at Soloplan take care of the initial import of your master data. That way, you can avoid the bureaucratic effort and can directly work with the system after the go-live.
For the PDF transport orders of customers, you can create dynamic document templates in CarLo that can read the PDF files.
If a corresponding document is available for a customer, you can directly drag the transport order from Outlook to the CarLo order entry using the drag & drop functionality. CarLo recognises the document, reads the content, creates the order and also saves the document in the filing.
In another extension, it is also possible to transmit the PDF files via Outlook to a network folder. From there, using CarLo Automate, the network folder can be accessed so that the PDF files can be imported and read into CarLo for the automatic creation of an order.
All implementations at Soloplan have the project designation “Ready2Work” as that is the way we hand over the project to you. To get to that point, a dedicated project manager who is responsible for the coordination during the implementation phase and serves as the main project contact person, is assigned to you.
