Kaufleute für Marketingkommunikation entwickeln zielgruppengerechte Marketing-, Werbemaßnahmen- und Kommunikationsstrategien. Sie planen, koordinieren und überwachen deren Umsetzung und kontrollieren die Ergebnisse. Ebenso organisieren und betreuen sie Messen und Veranstaltungen.
Die Ausbildung erstreckt sich in der Regel über einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren und schließt mit einem IHK Abschluss ab. Während der Ausbildung wechseln sich Blöcke mit dem Besuch der Städtischen Berufsschule für Medienberufe in München und dem Praxisteil bei Soloplan in Kempten ab.

Your qualifications
Du erreichst erfolgreich das Abitur – auch FOS oder alternativ einen sehr guten mittleren Bildungsabschluss. Du bist ein kommunikativer und kreativer Querdenker [m/w/d], der sich gut mit Zahlen auskennt. In stressigen Situationen verlierst du weder deinen Kopf noch deinen Humor. Weiterhin bist du vertraut mit den gängigen Office-Programmen sowie mit dem Internet und hast eine Leidenschaft für die Welt der (digitalen) Medien.

Our application process
Send us your informative application–ideally with a CV and relevant certificates. Afterwards, we will schedule a telephone interview.
We are looking forward to getting to know you in person or via video call. During the interview, you will meet your future head of department, the HR department and our management. Additionally, in a short technical test, you can prove your skills. Allow about 1.5 to 2 hours for this.
We will inform you about the status of your application as soon as possible. As the next step, we will invite you to a work trial allowing you to gain insight into your future tasks and get a feel for everyday work at Soloplan. You will spend the day with your new team.
During your first week of work, you will gain first insights into the company, get to know your team and different departments and familiarise with your onboarding plan. An experienced Soloplanner will guide you as a mentor and support you at any time.
For your further training, we offer (product) trainings as well as German and English courses, if desired. We also support technical workshops and training.
