You would like to report a problem, arrange an appointment or request a feature?

The best way to do so is to create a support request via our ticket system. This allows us to take the time to respond to your request. The processing will be documented in writing so that you can track the progress at any time.

By entering your ticket number and your Soloplan customer number, you can find the status of a ticket and an overview of all your tickets.

Solodoc is a platform where you can find many how-tos, instructions, explanatory videos, tutorials and webinar recordings. All articles are sorted by functional area of the TMS CarLo and by topic. The convenient search function allows you to search for a keyword and returns as a result all articles in which the keyword is mentioned.
