AI support directly in the TMS: The CarLo Assistant
At the heart of our trade fair presence is CarLo 3.07. With the new CarLo Assistant, artificial intelligence is integrated directly into the Transport Management System, becoming an active companion in everyday operations. Instead of spending time searching for information or navigating through different areas of the system, users can simply ask questions in natural language.
The Assistant provides relevant answers, prepares data and analyses in an easy-to-understand way and can also visualize information on request. Orders, tours or business partners can be queried directly, statistics can be displayed as charts and relevant information can be quickly accessed via the integrated Knowledge Base.
The CarLo Assistant goes beyond simply providing information: it can initiate actions directly in CarLo, for example by opening dialogs, displaying records or creating new business objects. This turns AI from a digital information tool into an intelligent assistant that supports users with specific tasks and helps reduce manual processes.
Plan drivers and vehicles more efficiently
Another highlight is the new integrated driver and vehicle planning. Drivers, vehicles, shifts and availabilities can be planned directly in CarLo and managed transparently. Absences and workshop appointments are taken into account, helping companies deploy available resources more effectively and reduce manual planning effort.
