The Developer Training Days format as a platform for company-wide knowledge exchange at the end of the year has proven its worth in the Soloplan development department. Once again this year, extensive workshops, training courses and presentations were held over two days at the Soloplan headquarters in Kempten. Numerous colleagues from the other branches were also guests at the event.
The event took place last week for the seventh year in a row. In addition to the presentation of the roadmap for 2024 and general knowledge transfer in the field of software engineering, the information on the planned technological innovations was certainly a major highlight. In a modern, globally active software company, it is important that all developers know and support the company’s technical strategy and thus work together on the same vision for the future.
Overall, the event was a complete success and was also attended by numerous employees from other departments. The event ended with a gaming session and a Mario Kart tournament. We would like to thank our Development Department for the excellent organisation and the traditional Bavarian breakfast at the start of the Developer Training Days and are already looking forward to the technological innovations in 2024!
El acto se celebró la semana pasada por séptimo año consecutivo. Además de la presentación de la hoja de ruta para 2024 y la transferencia de conocimientos generales en el campo de la ingeniería de software, la información sobre las innovaciones tecnológicas previstas fue sin duda un punto destacado. En una empresa de software moderna y activa en todo el mundo, es importante que todos los desarrolladores conozcan y apoyen la estrategia técnica de la empresa y colaboren así en la misma visión de futuro.
En general, el acto fue todo un éxito y también asistieron numerosos empleados de otros departamentos. El acto finalizó con una sesión de juegos y un torneo de Mario Kart. Queremos dar las gracias a nuestro Departamento de Desarrollo por la excelente organización y el tradicional desayuno bávaro al comienzo de las Jornadas de Formación de Desarrolladores, y ya estamos deseando ver las innovaciones tecnológicas en 2024.
