Last week, Soloplan’s sales managers met for the annual international sales meeting in Soloplan City. The focus was on practical training on our transport management system CarLo, which not only provided technical insights but also concrete sales strategies. Market and competitor analyses helped to understand the current business situation and recognise future opportunities.

The meeting provided an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the joint successes of the past year. At the same time, future strategies and goals were discussed. In addition to professional topics, the focus was also on team building, with activities and workshops to strengthen teamwork. In the evening, the colleagues met for dinner together.

Overall, the International Sales Meeting at Soloplan was a very good platform for exchanging knowledge, professional development and strengthening teamwork. We look forward to an equally successful 2024!
