With effect from February 1, 2024, the Kempten-based family business Soloplan has appointed three more people as authorized signatories. Christian Heidl (Chief Development Officer), Steffen Wilke (Chief Technical Officer) and Alexander Redmann (Director Sales Central and Eastern Europe) have been granted full power of attorney for the Soloplan GmbH division, as all three have already held positions of responsibility in the company for over ten years.
The management congratulates the newly appointed authorized signatories and thanks them for the good, long-standing and trusting cooperation. Thanks to the newly created framework, decisions can now be made more directly by the individual department heads. This is our response to the continuous growth of the company and will also promote agility at all levels in the future.
