In these cases, the introduction of an integrated system requires detailed planning and preparation. Within the scope of a workshop, we define target processes and draw up a customised specifications sheet.

Then, we support you during the implementation and ensure the successful introduction of your project. Furthermore, we offer an accompanying analysis of the software utilisation optimised to match your processes and help you increase the efficiency of your workflow.

Our training offers

We train your employees on their personalised systems and adjust the software to correspond with their wishes.

This flexible and intensive introduction process allows us to specifically address your employees’ questions and simultaneously makes it possible for them to learn how to use the software efficiently.

In addition to our training courses, we also offer you personal assistance during the introduction of your new software with our Go LIVE! support.

In our training rooms in Kempten, you can learn the basics of our software in small groups and acquire tips, tricks and insider knowledge from our experts.

As part of the Soloplan digitalisation initiative, you have the opportunity to attend free webinars on various topics relating to digitisation in the CarLo transport management system.

The webinars, which last around 60 minutes, will give you an insight into the new features as well as tips and tricks for use.

Version training

In addition to the webinars on the digitalisation initiative, customers have the opportunity to attend free webinars on the current versions of CarLo.
