“Hello”–or how people from Hamburg say–“Moin, are you also here for the training?”
This week, the first customer Academy took place at the new Soloplan branch office in Hamburg. Apart from the general basis functions in the transport management system (TMS) CarLo, the functions of the air and sea freight management tool CarLo inAIR&SEA were also explicitly considered.
Thanks to the small groups of seven people, it was possible to answer the questions of each participant individually. This way, no questions remained open and the three training days entirely stood for transfer of knowledge, exchange of experiences and networking. After the first Soloplan Academy in Northern Germany, both the customers and the Soloplan trainers on site reported positive results.
The participants were interested and asked many questions. The competent and experienced trainers answered all the questions and shared their know-how concerning the use of the logistics software CarLo.
Furthermore, the guests were impressed by the offices of the software company on the 15th floor of the Channel Tower in Hamburg, in the Harburg district. The modern office and the training room flooded with light formed the perfect conditions for an undisturbed and focussed training. At the same time, the participants were all impressed by the wide view of Southern Hamburg through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
