Multimodal 2023–a review

Soloplan can note another successful trade fair in the trade fair marathon.

From 13 to 15 June 2023, the renowned trade fair “Multimodal” took place in the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham. The turnout for this trade fair was immense–both on the part of the exhibitors and the visitors. Visitors from all over the globe surged through the trade-fair halls to learn about the newest developments and innovations in the logistics sector. Here too, Soloplan GmbH, as an exhibitor, was able to present the premium TMS CarLo®.

The feedback of the exhibitors was positive throughout. They were able to establish contacts and strengthen existing business relationships. Especially for this occasion, the “Multimodal Mixer” was held again–an evening event after the second day of the fair to network with customers and partners in a more casual atmosphere.

In addition, the Multimodal fair also offered an extensive supporting programme with lectures, panel discussions and workshops. Here, the participants were able to expand their knowledge regarding the current trends and challenges of the logistics sector. The first-rate speakers provided interesting insights and inspiring ideas for the visitors.

With the Multimodal trade fair in Birmingham coming to an end, participants are already looking forward to next year. Once again, the fair proved that it is an important platform for exchange and cooperation in the logistics industry. The numerous good contacts and positive experiences will surely lead to additional business opportunities. We are excited about the developments in the logistics-software industry and look forward to being a part of it again next year!
