Visit at the LeadDev conference 2022

From 3 to 4 November 2022, our heads of development visited the LeadDev conference 2022 in Berlin. The event offers visitors an ideal opportunity to expand their networks. It provides a platform for many exciting and inspiring presentations. These include case studies from leading software companies. The event was accompanied by networking events with different participants and speakers. Additionally, the visitors had the opportunity to take part in an on-site leadership workshop run by industry-leading instructors.

The two days were characterised by presentations from experienced tech managers, experts in the sector and engineering managers from a diverse range of companies, such as Netflix and Reddit. The focus was on management and leadership topics for the specific area of software development. At this conference, we were able to gain many impulses and best practices for the future of our development department, which we already are looking forward to implementing.
