Soloplan supports their employees–a future-proof workplace in all situations

In times of massive cost increases, Soloplan as an employer wants to support and help their employees. That is why, since November 2022, all employees receive an increase of their basic salary based on the inflation in the respective country. In Germany, this means a bonus of seven percent; in South Africa, eight percent; and in Poland, it even amounts to ten percent. “We view ourselves as a big family. That is why it was important to us to find a fair solution for all locations,” says CEO International Fabian Heidl.

Furthermore, from January up to and including June 2023, all employees will receive a tax-free monthly bonus payment of €200.

The goal was to find a way to provide sustainable financial support for the employees. With these measures to counteract inflation, Soloplan takes on responsibility for their employees and ensures increased financial security in insecure times.
